Located in the heart of the city, and served well by public transport, Mercy International Centre is an ideal venue in which to hold conferences, training programmes, seminars, workshops and meetings of all kind.
Mercy International Centre offers vibrant spaces with all the amenities to meet your group's needs. Located in the heart of the city, the Centre boasts space for conferences, meetings, workshops, community celebrations, and spiritual wellness. We can accommodate large groups or small meetings. The building has a lift and is wheelchair accessible. We can provide custom setup, catering packages in our dining room, garden or outdoor patio access, and accommodation. The Centre is updated with the latest technology for presentations and high-speed business wi-fi. Non-profit discounts are available upon request.
International Room
This large gathering room was the first Mercy School, opened in 1824. Bright and spacious, with its international flavour it serves as a sign of the Sisters of Mercy worldwide. Today the room is also a gathering space for meetings.
Doyle Room
This room is named after Mary Ann Doyle, one of the first Sisters of Mercy. The room served as the infirmary in 1824. Today, it serves as a space for meetings with high-quality technology for hybrid meetings via Zoom, presentations, and digital projection.
The Library
This room was originally the office used by Catherine McAuley, foundress of the Sisters of Mercy. The room is arranged in boardroom style with a large table and comfortable chairs. It is suitable for small meetings. Technology needs can be met upon request.
Dining Room
The Dining Room can seat 60 people spaciously and 80 people comfortably. It is used for catering in conjunction with the hire of other conference facilities and a gathering place for tea services. The Dining Room can be booked for a special occasion meal at the cost below.
