MIA is an organisation of the leaders of Mercy Congregations, Institutes and Federations throughout the world, founded to serve the Sisters of Mercy, their associates and partners in ministry.⁠ ⁠

Episode Eleven of Mercy Echoes features Sally Bradley the Executive Director and Andrew Lowry Head of Programmes with Mercy Works.

Mercy Works was established in 2000 as the development arm of the Sisters of Mercy in Australia and Papua New Guinea. They work in partnership with vulnerable communities and local organisations domestically and in the Asia Pacific region to build capacity, dignity and self-reliance.

They celebrated their 25th anniversary in October 2025 and we thought it was about time we had a chat with them as a way of marking this milestone.
